To be fair, that IS a common sign of sleep apnea. I got it a lot. Snoring is a big tell, although not foolproof (I don’t snore, for example). If someone notices that you stop breathing when you’re asleep, that’s a pretty good guarantee.

Anyhoo, I’m not saying this to be alarmist, but to say that if you do have it and you get it treated, you will feel SO MUCH BETTER that it’s astounding. Greg and I both found that one out!

Phone Stacking Game of the Day: How long could you go?

I’d lose. My phone is my binky in public. When I don’t want to make eye contact, or just need something soothing to scroll through.

I actually really like this idea, for the neurotypical (in this area) people I usually go out with. I have a bad habit of fidgeting with my phone for no reason, and I’ve noticed Greg and I will often fall into the trap of ignoring each other over dinner because phones.

HOWEVER! I will never make you do it, Tammy ;)

Haha me too, and art was my major. Between high school and college, I had three semesters of ceramics and I somehow pulled an A without a single wheel-thrown pot. Apparently I am just really good at hand-building.
